Community Rules & Guidelines To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review and follow the community guidelines below: • Pets are not permitted on the premises. • No smoking or vaping inside the unit or on the pool deck. • Booking occupant must be at least 24 years of age. • No glass containers are permitted in or around the pool or pool deck. • Please dispose of all trash properly and do not leave items in the pool area. • All trash must be placed in the designated dumpster. Do not leave trash in the garage, outside the unit, or in any common areas. • Grilling is only permitted in the open area directly in front of your unit. Do not grill in the garage or under the overhand due to fire-safety regulations. • Please return floats, beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach items to their designated storage areas after use. • Towels, bathing suits, and clothing may not be hung on balconies or railings. There is a drying rack located in the garage. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No loud music, disruptive behavior, or excessive noise. • No running or jumping inside the unit to help maintain a peaceful environment for surrounding residents. • Use only your designated parking space(s). Do not block driveways, sidewalks, or other units. • Please keep the garage door closed when not in use and never leave it open unattended. Remember to lock the front door immediately after entering or exiting. • Lastly, relax, unwind, and enjoy your time in beautiful Indian Shores!
