Community Rules and Guidelines To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please review and follow these guidelines during your stay: 1. Pool Area • No glass containers in or around the pool or pool deck. • Please dispose of all trash properly—do not leave trash in the pool area. 2. Trash Disposal • All trash must be placed in the designated dumpster. • Do not leave trash in the garage, outside the unit, or in any common areas. 3. Grilling • Grilling is only allowed in the open area in front of your unit. • Grilling is strictly prohibited in the garage or under the garage overhang due to fire safety regulations. 4. Storage of Beach Items • Please return floats, beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach gear to their designated storage areas after use. 5. Towels and Clothing • Do not hang towels, bathing suits, or other garments on balconies or railings. 6. Noise and Conduct • Please be respectful of your neighbors at all times. • No loud music, disruptive behavior, or excessive noise—quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • No running or jumping inside the unit to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbors. 7. Parking • Use only your designated parking space(s). Do not block driveways or other units. 8. Security •. Please keep the garage door closed when not in use and do not leave it open unattended.
